Simple matrixes like this are effective because they engage both visual and traditional readers, even if there's a risk of over-simplification.
These give 4 different types of leaders:
- Cautious Tester (a Collaborative Pessimist)
- Worried Sceptic (an Independent Pessimist)
- Transparent Evangelist (an Independent Optimist)
- Realist Optimist (a Collaborative Optimist)
