Shock, horror - using emotion to charge extra for a product! There are so many ways this can be done in a restaurant or bar, without making it a rip-off. What do your sales team think?
so true! What about when you ask the guest if they are celebrating tonight and the husband says"yes it's my wife's birthday". Straight away you should offer them to see your special "celebration gourmet menu"(something I hope to design in the future).This menu uses premium products at premium prices of course. The husband can not say NO to the wife as that would be too embarassing.
I learnt this from the marketing seminar the other Monday.
